clean , staff very helpful, good food , reasonable price
the supervisor of cleaning staff on the floor should not enter the rooms without knocking on the door .....in order to respect guest privacy....

comfortable rooms. Pool area was good we had a very good waiter who has been at the hotel for 30 years.
We had dinner in the buffet restaurant 4 adults & 2 children. The service for drinks was slow, the staff were more interested in having a conversation among themselves than looking after guests. The buffet was below average for a 4* hotel

This place had a great location for us, very close to markets, restaurants, beautiful palm trees, Mediterranean flowers, and the new town.

Very little i can say that is positive about this hotel, but if i had to find something it would be that the pool area is attractive and the chamber maids are helpful.
Grubby, over priced, noisy (day and night), unhelpful, surly staff who treat you as though you are an inconvenience. You cant trust what they tell you -they gave us a written quote for the week and when we came to check out it was 10 times that!! They refused to acknowledge the quote and wouldnt let us leave until we had paid the inflated price. They also added to the bill a meal we had already paid cash for and refused to remove it from the bill. A complete rip off. We saw rats around the pool and even swimming in the pool! Its very noisy - there is music until midnight around the pool, and as the rooms look over the pool you cant get away from it. And there is noise all day too - in the morning drilling and in the afternoon more music. Even closing the balcony door didnt block it out. Its over priced, and is certainly not the 4 stars they claim - if i am being kind its 3+ Dont go here - its horrible and there are so many other lovely places to stay in Fes

Huge and fine room, as expected. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of dishes to choose from. I really enjoyed staying at this location - central position short walk to the medina from here, and all the shops. Food was appetising, staff was motivated...
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great location in the city, close to attractions and easy access to public transportation. Friendly and helpful bell boy who provided great assistance during our stay.- Appreciated the effort put into maintaining cleanliness in the room.
The lack of air conditioning throughout the hotel was a major inconvenience, and we were not informed beforehand. Poor communication from the reception staff, who were not welcoming and did not address our concerns effectively.

I recently had an enjoyable stay at a hotel in Fes. The hotel's location on a beautiful boulevard in the new-town area made it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. I particularly loved the balcony that offered a nice view of the surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and had a good variety of options. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.
No improvement needed, everything was satisfactory.
